What areas do you serve?
We are headquartered in Rocklin, CA and work with clients throughout Placer County, Sacramento, and Northern California. Most engagements can be conducted virtually; on-site visits are available within a 50-mile radius of Rocklin.
How does the first consultation work?
Your initial assessment is a focused 60-minute session where we review your goals, current challenges, and timeline. You leave with a clear picture of recommended next steps — whether we continue together or not.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (ACH), business checks, and major credit cards. Retainer clients are invoiced monthly; project work typically requires a 50% deposit to begin.
Can you work with my existing accountant or attorney?
Absolutely. We frequently collaborate with your CPA, legal counsel, and HR partners to ensure recommendations align across your advisory team.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule a session. Same-day cancellations may be subject to the full session fee. Retainer hours unused in a month do not roll over unless agreed in writing.
